Use of Site
The www.twills.in Service is unavailable for any users suspended or removed from the system by Twills for any reason. Users may not have more than one active account. Additionally, users are prohibited from selling, trading, or otherwise transferring your www.twills.in account to another party. You may not use the www.twills.in Service or the Site in such case.
If you use the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Because of this, we strongly recommend that you exit from your account at the end of each session. You agree to notify Twills immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Twills reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in its sole discretion.
This website www.twills.in is independently owned by Twills Clothing Private Limited and is authorised to use the said website in India (hereinafter referred to as "twills.in") and the same is operated by ANS Digital Pvt. Ltd. in India (hereinafter referred to as ANS Commerce).
By placing an order on this site, you are entering into a purchase/sale transaction with Twills Clothing Private Limited, a company incorporated under the provisons of the companies act 1956, an authorized online retailer to sell Twills products in India. All names, brands, trademarks and logos are protected by copyright and/or registered trademarks and can only be used with permission from Twills Clothing Private Limited.
The content of the website such as text, graphics, icons, images, videos, audio files and software are the property of twills.in. Downloading content from the website is only allowed for personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep the copyright intact. You may not copy, republish or distribute content from the website for public or commercial purposes or otherwise use the copyrighted content without permission from twills.in, as the case may be.
1. Conclusion of contract
A final and binding contract has been concluded between you and twills.in when your order has been confirmed. twills.in will send an order confirmation to you by email when the order has been confirmed and shipped. The order receipt received immediately after placing the order does not constitute an order confirmation.
2. Return Policy
Returning an item is easy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase. You can raise a Return Request for your item by following the steps below: 1. Tap on Order History under My Orders 2. Choose the item to be Returned 3. Enter details requested and create a return request Returns are typically picked up from the original delivery address within 5 to 7 business days. Please ensure your package is ready to be picked up. Securely pack your return items the original packaging, making sure any old packing labels are removed or covered and the package is sealed. Hand over the parcel to our shipping partner. If you miss your return pickup, one more attempt will be made to pick up your return package on the following business day. After the second failed attempt, the return request will be cancelled. Usually in such circumstances the executive will try to reach you on your registered mobile number. As soon as we receive your return, we will proceed with the returns check and validation. Once the return has been approved, we will notify you by email and your refund will be credited within 7-12 working days. If you return is not approved, a member of our customer care team will be in touch.
Please note that the cooling-off period is 15 days. This period is calculated as from the date on which you received the goods, and that the items are in their original condition, where the items is unworn, unwashed, without alterations and has all the tags attached. We are unable to provide returns if the products are purchased from our partner stores and websites.
Twills.in reserves the right to deny refund if the item does not meet its Return Policy guidelines. We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects. If you receive a damaged or defective item, or your item proves to defective in workmanship or materials within 30 days with normal wear (excluding stains), we will always accept the item for assessment and provide a refund if validated as faulty.
Refunds will be made to the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 7-12 working days. Please note that refund payment times are dictated by the issuing bank and are outside our control. Please consult your bank for more information. There are no charges for returns. Please note that we are unable to issue refunds through cash or cheque. We are unable to provide refunds for products that are damaged due to negligence towards Wash Care instructions not being followed as per wash care label. If an item is returned that does not comply with our Returns Policy, we will not approve and process the refund. We reserve the right to not return an item which does not comply with our Returns Policy. Please contact our Customer Care team to enquire about the validity of your return if you are unsure.
4. ITEM DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT
If you received an item which is damaged upon arrival, please contact our Customer Care team immediately. You have the right to a full refund on all shipments that arrive damaged provided you inform us within 24 hours of receiving the package. To return an item, please follow the Return Instructions. Once the item is received we will assess and validate. If approved, we will refund the purchase price of the damaged item.
We are unable to offer exchange for products bought on twills.in. If you are not satisfied with your order, please return and place a fresh order.
We currently accept India-issued debit and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, RuPay) net banking and Mobile wallets. Unfortunately we are not able to accept orders as Card on Delivery. Important information about payment: Debit and credit cards are charged once the order is placed. Credit or Debit cards issued outside India cannot be used to pay on twills.in. Please note that we reserve the right to contact you for further information if there is an issue with your payment.
1.CASH ON DELIVERY
You cannot pay for orders placed on twills.in using Cash on Delivery (COD).
We take security very seriously, so your personal details will be protected. We use the industry standard encryption protocol to protect your information from unauthorised use or disclosure. All confidential data, such as payment information, is encrypted and transmitted through a secure channel using SSL encryption. Should any unauthorized charges appear on your credit/ debit card or bank account as a result of shopping with twills.in, please notify your credit card provider or bank in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures. Please note that Twills.in will never ask a customer to confirm any account or credit details via email. If you receive an email claiming to be from Twills Clothing Private Limited asking you to do so, do not respond and contact our Customer Care team immediately.
All prices shown are inclusive of GST in Sale & Non Sale and exclusive of any delivery costs. Products and prices which are offered in store might not be offered online, and vice versa. From time to time, we may offer additional discounts for purchases made online that do not apply in-store, and vice versa.
1.SHIPPING SERVICE & COSTS
We currently only deliver to destinations in India. Subject to the shipping rules and restrictions below, delivery is currently free for all purchases at twills.in, except single purchase of any accessories.
We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 7 working days of the order confirmation date. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 21 working days, to ship the order as we may have to procure it from some other stores or warehouse. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within the stipulated time, we shall inform you about the same. During sale and peak periods, orders may take longer to process. Our delivery times should only be used as a guide.
3.RULES & RESTRICTIONS
Orders are processed and delivered on business days only. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Customers will be required to sign in for all deliveries. Due to logistical difficulties in making deliveries to certain remote areas currently, we reserve our right to cancel your order and/or make such order subject to additional terms and conditions (including, without limitation to, requiring such orders to be conditional upon a minimum value of products being ordered in a single transaction). Our Customer Care team will notify you of cancellation and/or such conditions after you place your order.
Terms and Conditions for E-Gift Cards
- E-Gift Cards are Non Returnable, Non Refundable.
- Once purchased, the Gift card will be Emailed to the Recipient's Email id in 4 to 5 hours.
- E-Gift cards are 1 time usable.
- It cannot be redeemed in Partial.
- E-Gift card can be used to purchase any product on www.twills.in and cannot be redeemed at any of our offline stores.
- In case of any query or issue related to Gift card purchase, redemption, Kindly mail your Gift card order ID, Purchase amount, Date of purchase to [email protected]
- Incase of products shopped more than the Gift card amount, the balance amount will have to be paid on at twills.in by the Gift card user.
- Incase the products are shopped less than the Gift card amount, the pending amount cannot be encashed or claimed in a form of Gift card. Hence We encourage customers to shop for the same or more than the gift card amount.
