We have a 10- days exchange/ return policy, which means you have 10 days to exchange/ return the product from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange/ return, your item must be in the same condition you received it in- unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order on receipt. In case the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, notify us about the same within 48 hours from date of product delivery. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges and returns on final sale items or gift cards. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund is approved after a quality check. Once approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 working days. Please note, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
